I think the idea was to hold the 150 in the most windy conditions (spring). As for an Ice bowl we need to consider that we have no facility for people to take shelter. I know some Ice bowls have building to find some shelter but it might be a good one to get our foot into being that ice bowls tend to be easy to organize
