We are just under a week away from the event and wanted to share some info with everyone.
Ferry reservations:
It has been said a bunch and going to be said one more time, get them. The ferries fill up quickly in the summer time.
if you don't have one yet, they open the final tier of reservations 2 days ahead of the sailing date at 7:01 AM.
Course layouts:
MPO, MP40, MA1, MA40:
Red Course(+ connectors) Saturday morning round
Blue Course Saturday afternoon
Gold Course on Sunday
MP50, FA1, MA50, MA60, MA2:
Red Course(+ connectors) Saturday morning round
Blue Course on SUNDAY
All layouts are published on Udisc. a few notes for the reds and connectors round: Hole 4B has 2 tee pads, MPO, MP40, MA1,Ma40 will play the long tee, FA1, MA50, MA60 and MA2 will play the short, this will be mentioned in the players meeting and marked on the hole.
Event Schedule:
8:00am - 9:00am
Player check in
9:00am - 9:15am

9:30am - 1:00pm
Round 1, red baskets + connectors
1:00pm - 2:00pm
Lunch break, one hour from when the last card comes in
2:00pm - 5:30pm
Round 2, tentative start depending on when round 1 ends
Sunday; 9:30am - 1:00pm
Round 3, awards to follow after round is complete
Live scoring:
We will be using the PDGA live scoring
Access code: birdieout
Ace pot:
We will be doing an ace pot, It'll be $2 and will be collected during player check in for the folks interested. If no ace hit we will do a CTP throw off.
Camping:
I'll be sending out an email in the next few days just to those who added the camping onto their registration with all of the details regarding it.
Lastly, Port o Potties will be onsite, but no running water. Huge Thanks to Dip's Discs for providing script. Roche Harbor Resort and everyone who volunteers their time to make the course look as great as it can.
