I have changed the mulligans to: You can buy up to 10 $2 mulligans that will be for both rounds. You have to pay for the mulligans before 1st round. You can not buy more mulligans. You do not get money back if you do not use all your mulligans. I believe this is more fair instead of buying 32 mulligans because we are playing for cash payouts.
