Hi there, it’s not realistic to expect a players meeting on a day with 120ish players across 6 hours of tee times. It’s also not realistic to expect a TD to explain changes to normal layout at each of the 30 tee times. There was a caddy book outlining all specifics for each hole emailed ahead of the tournament and also embedded within the PDGA app for your reference. Additionally, it is expected both that players maintain a reasonable pace of play, and that if there are issues with respect for other players and/or cards, that it is promptly brought to the attention of the TD so it can be addressed in real-time.

Morgan all of this info is provided in the caddy book, so you had plenty of time to read over it and ask questions ahead of time. Tournaments with tee times do not have player meetings, it's not possible or reasonable for a TD to hold a player meeting for every card individually. Also this message to Bob, should have been a private email, not public criticism.
