The course is flat. However there is a lot of wood debris from cut down trees and a lot of wood chips have been spread. IMHO you could use a cart, but you might have a few tough spots.

Yes it's cart friendly. I've used a cart at this course no problem.

I will be making sure their pads from one hole to another, but yes, some of the fairways have some debris.
