Allen Risley Bunker hazards - the bunker (and hazard) begins at the top of the lip of the bunker. Stray grass growing in the bunkers is still hazard. Jun 18
Allen Risley Jun 19 If there is standing water in the bunker, the player takes casual relief back along the line of play to the first dry spot, still receiving the one throw Hazard penalty.
