Just an update to this. Make sure when you sign up, you add your name you want on the back of your jersey and your PDGA# in the comments. You can choose a nick name or whatever as long as it isn't obscene. I have noticed a few that didn't add these notes. If notes are not added I will default to your last name. We only have room for 13 characters on the name. If your last name is more than that go ahead and put it down and I will reach out when it's time to order to figure out options.
