Hi Chris,
For Pro divisions, I will only combine if there is only 1 person registered. The reason for this is because it would be unfair to assign added cash to a sole person who would be the automatic winner. Pro divisions with 2 or more people will stay (although a trophy is not guaranteed).
Your status as Pro due to accepting cash in a prior event only barres you from Amateur Majors. You are still allowed to play in Am divisions in local tournaments as long as your rating is below 970.
