Sean- The waitlist will be disbanded on the Wednesday before the tournament. As people request to drop, we process the refunds and promote the next player from the waitlist. We have separate waitlists for Long and Short pad divisions. We will be sending an email out in no later than tomorrow night that will serve a reminder for people that they are registered and that if they need to drop, the deadline is Wednesday the 17th to potentially get a refund if the spot is filled via the waitlist. Typically when we send that email, we get a few drops from people.
