Not a TD here, but I did check the PDGA site where we have our tee times: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/102739. It appears that the last cards will be departing around 12:10. Based on what an 18 at LAMI should take, I'd say its safe to practice closer to 5:00 PM (3 hr round + 1 or 2 hours to be safe.)
