Ron, I understand you’re disappointed, and I appreciate you speaking up. There were some last-minute adjustments made based on what I felt was best for the overall field and the flow of the event. With your PDGA number and years in the sport, I know you understand what goes into running an event of this size over multiple days and that sometimes changes have to be made as new factors come up.
I do understand you’re unhappy with the update. From my understanding, these adjustments were still made within the allowable timeframe, and the goal was simply to make the best decision for the group as a whole.
That said, I want to be fair to you. If you’d rather not play because of the change, I’m happy to give you a full refund. If you’d prefer to move into a different division, we can do that as well. I appreciate your understanding and your support of the event.
Robert Miller Jun 5I do agree with Ron. I was excited to play the longs as an MP50. This is disappointing for sure. I think at the very least make Sunday the Longs for all pro divisons.
