The guy in front of you was smart to sign up for two different divisions. I don't know how likely it is the division caps will be dropped, you'd have increased chances of getting in if they don't.

but it says only 15/16 in MA40, shouldn't I be able to be the 16th...when tryin to register it made me waitlist, but there is a spot in my division
