As posted in the about section:
Color Coded Divisions
RPA, RAH, RAD, RAE divisions are intended as mixed gender divisions (Male and Female partner).
Gold - RPA (970+ rated and plays for cash payout)
Amateur divisions (playing for merchandise payout)
Blue - RAH (<970 rated)
White - RAD (<935 rated)
Red - RAE (<900 rated)
