We had 16 players battle the long tees on the west course this week! 14 of you bought into the ace pool, adding $70. 15 of you bought into the 50/50 adding another $15 to the payouts. Ace pool is at $370 and payouts are at $369. Big thanks to all of you that have been coming out every week! Reminder that club members get 1 extra ticket for every 4 rounds they play. This is more of a reminder for myself haha.
We had a tie for first this week. Shooting a 53 was Josh Markus/Greg Harrell and David Mayers/Don Cantwell. They had a playoff starting on hole 1 and Josh and Greg pulled thru and split the $60. David and Don split $20. David won the 50/50 for $15 and James Doherty won the membership CTP. Congrats to whoever the free CTP winner was.
I will ask one thing, please do not do playoff holes, just do a CTP and get it over with. If you guys push for 5 holes and get kicked out of the course, then I will have to hear complains about it and I just do not want to deal with that. It is still up to the teams as to how they want to deal with the splitting of the cash, but doing playoff holes could just end in more issues for us. Make up whatever shot or hole you want to play for it, but just do a CTP.
This week we will be playing the East course with holes 6, 9 and 16 from the longs. Hole 2 will be the 50/50 and hole 17 will be the membership CTP. We will have a free pre-round CTP for everyone each week. Have a good week!
