Thank you for registering for the 10th annual Cross Highway Clash! There are a few things that I want to go over with you before tomorrow, I know its lengthy, but please read this email in its entirety.
The groups have been published to the PDGA page and can be found here (you can sort by hole by clicking on the starting hole column)

This shows you your starting hole at Hudson.
ALL PLAYERS WILL BE STARTING AT HUDSON
(Cris will be the TD onsite 636-634-1376)
(Bernie will be the TD onsite 314-220-2402)
Since we have a smaller field this year, we will all be playing Hudson, then moving to Dunegant for round 2.
Check-in is between 7:30am – 8:45am at Hudson. AMs will get a 2026 Tour Stamped Discmania disc with this year’s SA Tour stamp designed by Chad Wolford for their players pack during check in.
Tournament central will be at Dunegant (The pavilion by hole 18s basket). We will have our mobile inventory onsite and this is where we will do payouts and raffle after round 2s completion.
Also, as a reminder, since we will be utilizing live scoring for this event, have your phone fully charged when you arrive. Pdga.com/score or the PDGA Live App. The code is CHC.
Every player will need to keep score; we will have paper score cards on hand if needed.

We will have the raffle items on display at Dunegant all day and this is where you will buy raffle tickets. We will do the drawing after we do payouts after round 2. If you pre-purchased raffle tickets they are already in the bin with your assigned # on them. Raffle tickets are 1-$2, 6-$10, 13-$20.
If you bought into the ACE POOL, it is currently at $77 ($21 carry over from SCO)
The 50/50 cash CTP is currently at $84, so the winner would get $42. Ace pool, DIV CTP, and 50/50 can be added morning of, see a TD during check in.
50/50 CTP is Hudson HOLE 3 (Everyone that bought in)
Divisional CTPs (if you bought in) are all at Hudson round 1

After round 1 we will have a 1-hour break after last card to switch courses. This will be your lunch break, there are plenty of places in the area to grab food. We recommend Paul’s market @ 1020 N Elizabeth Ave, Ferguson, MO 63135 314-524-3652. They have great subs, hot lunches (BBQ, pulled pork, pork steaks, burgers, fried chicken, etc) and a full market.

Weather report for tomorrow:
Looks like we have some scattered Thunderstorms possible tomorrow during round 1. We will try our best to keep the event moving along while keeping player safety in mind. Please listen for the horn for any stoppage of play due to lightning. If we have lightening we will blast the horn (3 bursts) please mark your lie and take shelter. We will need 30 min of no lightning to resume play. We will send out updates via email and the PDGA live scoring app as to when we will resume play. We will then sound a 2 minute warning and a begin play like normal.
