Great question and not as simple I originally thought. With reference to PDGA Competition Manual Rule 2.05: Pros may compete in Amateur divisions offered at A-Tier, B-Tier, and C-Tier events, as well as Leagues, for which they qualify based on player rating, age, and gender as detailed in the Pros Playing Am section of the Divisions, Ratings, and Points Factors table. Theoretically I can create a MP40, MP50, MP60 (and FP equivalents) division if desired. That way the rule does not rule you out (or potentially others). Just no payout, only playing for medals. I’ll still draw you with the 40 year olds! Let me know.
