Depends on when they get a PDGA number: I believe you think this is a bigger issue than it will be. If they only have one event under their belt to qualify does not necessarily reflect their true rating. We have allowed players without PDGA numbers to qualify for years, and them needing one at the Championships is a requirement, and it has been a non issue when it comes to the Championships event.
