Hello Everyone!
It appears as if most of the weather will move out in the morning and lightning will stop around 8 or 9 am. We feel confident that we can start and finish the round. If there are any delays, we will sound that out and follow PDGA guidelines. If there is a delay, some cards may be asked to start on alternate holes so that we can keep up the pace of play.
Also, be sure to monitor your group. All groups must have at least three players. If people cancel or no show, we have to combine cards in order to have at least 3 players per group.
Please park the main lot between the football field and the baseball fields. We will have a table set up under a car port which will serve as tournament central. Please ask any questions you have during check in.
Thank you all for signing up! Be sure to have your PDGA app ready to go with code mayflex26 . We will push updates during the round to the app and the app will have the notes for each hole. If you have questions while on the course, please call or play a provisional.
