Hello!
Thank you for registering for the 2026 Trolley Toss Powered by Innova!
Please read this email! I will be available to answer questions when you check in but it would be great if there were few of those.
SPONSORS:
Huge shout out to Innova Champion Discs for hooking us up with some sweet discs! I kind of went nuts and got 12 different molds – Champion Boss, Mamba, Sidewinder, RoadRunner & Roc3, Luster Champion Destroyer & FireBird, Star Fox, Rollo, RoadRunner, Valkyie & Wraiths.
Zanfel has kicked in some samples. Poison Ivy season is here and it is going to be a bad one. Grab Zanfel for when you throw off the fairway. Speaking of which, Poison Ivy Police is who you should call if you need some PI treatment/removal at your home or business.
These fine people purchased tournament fundraiser discs as Birdie Sponsors:
Will Deitmeyer
Travis Edmiston
Nate Kaufmann
Fernando Nestorio
Etienne Roberts
Scott Ruppel
Keir Soderberg
Stephanie Van
Ron Warholic
We had one person who upped that as our Eagle Sponsor:
Dulton Swearingen
And one person who went all of the way as our Ace Sponsor:
Tom Rowse
I will have discs for you all at check-in. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
WEATHER:
It looks like we will have weather in the low 60s. It will be partly cloudy with some sunshine in the afternoon.
SCHEDULE:
FRIDAY 5/1:
4:30-5:30pm – TFR discs available for pick up at Hole 1. Also, the Lost and Found Box will be open.
5:30-8pm – Trolley Freestate Doubles. Blue Pads. Bring $5 and a mini.
SATURDAY 5/2:
9:18am-2:30pm: Tee Times. EVERYONE MUST CHECK IN 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR TEE TIME! Failure to do so will result in a 2 stroke penalty on your first hole per PDGA Competition Manual 4.05.G.2, Missing your first hole (and subsequent holes) will result in a par plus 4 for each hole where a competitior does not tee off.
TEE TIMES:
Tee Times are posted and are available for viewing at
https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/101831
SCORING:
ALL players (or their caddies) are required to keep score. We will be using live scoring. You can access the event through PDGA Live App or website: pdga.com/score
Live-scoring code is Trolley
If you need a primer on how PDGA Live Scoring works, please see the information at this link: PDGA Digital Scorecard
Those who are stuck in the past and insist on writing down their scores will be provided with a stone tablet and a chisel so that they can record scores. OK, not really. I will have paper scorecards for those who need them. Please ask for one when you check in.

Northwest Branch is currently set up in tournament layout.

PARKING
The parking lot at Northwest Branch isn’t huge. CARPOOLING IS FOR WINNERS! Carpool if you can. I imagine we will need to park along the road and in the overflow parking down by the walking trails. Again…. CARPOOLING IS FOR WINNERS!
It is entirely possible that I have forgotten something. If I didn't cover something that you are needing to know – and especially if you think others should know it - please do not hesitate to contact me by replying to this email or sending me a text at 971-645-6371. If anything comes up that bears repeating, I will mention these items at check-in.
Thanks and see you tomorrow!
