Jonathan Armstrong Apr 16 Registration closes at 12 tomorrow so I would imagine that would be the cutoff.

Ryan Ulmer Apr 17 You can stay in that division if you want. Or I can manually change after registration closes at noon tomorrow. Noon tomorrow is the cutoff for you changing on your own
