You need to reach out to Jeff directly about that. He isn't running the champs vs chumps portion of this. I'd guess if you are just doing champs vs chumps you are okay, but if you are planning on practicing outside of that, then yes you'd need to pay the golf course. None of the practice round fees go to the tournament, they are all kept by Golf Club of Oregon.
