Thank you all for coming to play in the 15th anniversary of the OG course at Lula!
Thank you to all the sponsors as well as Kirk and Leah for allowing me to design OG and to Jody and Liz for keeping both courses clean. Thanks also to Corbin for making Disc Golf truly the main thing here at Lula!
Check-in is between 730 and 8:30 AM and if you’re not checked in by that time, your spot will go to someone on the waitlist.
Both courses look great and the weather is awesome so it should be a great day for everyone.
The PDGA code for the event is Lorelei.
The hole by hole descriptions for all three layouts for both courses are in the picture section on the tournament page on Disc golf scene as well as on each hole on the PDGA live scoring for each division.
We will be playing Redhawk first, and there’s no driving to any holes on Redhawk. You will have plenty of time to get to your tee before the two minute warning.
After at least an hour for lunch, which is available for purchase so you don’t have to leave the premises if you don’t wish too, the second round will take place on OG with the award ceremony following. For OG there is parking by the chicken shack if you are on holes 7 through 13. You can park down by hole 6 tee pad and five basket to the right of the tape if you are playing holes 4,5,6,14 and 15. If you are playing on holes 1,2,3 and 16,17,18 you can stay parked at Event Central and walk.
Ladies will be starting on holes 1,2,17 and 18 on both courses.
If there are any playoffs for first place only in any divisions, the playoff loop is 1,2,16,17,18 sudden death until a winner on the OG course.
Water is on both courses on holes 6,12 and 18.
Road and beyond is OB on 1,2,3 and by 15 and 18 basket on OG (playing to practice basket on OG) as well as road by 18 basket and painted line on 18 on RedHawk.
Again, thank you all for coming and I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning.
Keith
