I saw in the pictures section that you are asking that the rule for pace of play / 802.03 Excessive Time be enforced. I have never seen these rules enforced for amatures except in a major like worlds or Tim Selinske. Please make it very clear in the players meeting that the TD is expecting everybody to know the rules and that they be enforced. There is a significant amount of detail in 802.03 D and E for when the time starts and in my opinion it warrents emphasis in order to ensure all cards are playing by and enforcing the same rules.
