Hi everyone,
We’re really looking forward to seeing you this weekend! The forecast looks a little chilly but dry! Before you head out, please take a few minutes to go through the caddie book and the course walkthrough video. They cover all the rules, event details, and the full layout.

Quick Reminders
Parking: Don’t park in the middle of the lot or at the entrance corner—those areas need to stay clear for emergency vehicles. This event is PACKED and will require people showing up later to use the additional parking lot by temporary hole 2 and temporary hole 3.
Lunch: The food truck is not included in registration. Feel free to bring your own, grab something nearby, or buy from the truck.
Vending: OTB East will be onsite for script redemption and general vending.
Check-In: Closes at 9:00 AM sharp. Please be on time so we can get through awards and the players’ meeting before tee-off.
CTPs: Every hole has a CTP for Round 1. At check-in, one player per hole will need to grab the flag (list provided). Holes 17, 18, and 19 are for women only.
Course Notes
The main course is permitted, but the temporary field holes across the creek are not. The township is aware.
If park visitors are on Temp 2 or Temp 3, politely let them know about the tournament—no confrontations.
Baseball fields and other park areas remain open to the public. If there are issues, send folks to Tournament Central or contact us directly. Signs will be posted at entrances to help.
Please represent disc golf positively.
Extras
TechDisc Station: Free to use during lunch. Top backhand and forehand MPH get awarded a year of premium UDisc.
TechDisc Giveaway: Throw once at the station to enter the drawing. Winner announced at the awards ceremony.
Although the layout isn’t especially long, it is a 22‑hole course with plenty of elevation. You’ll be walking a good bit, so please come prepared with water and snacks. We’ll have water available onsite, but it’s always smart to bring your own. Pace yourself and take care of yourself throughout the day.
And while we hope everyone plays both rounds, if you do need to drop out after Round 1, please let Tournament Central know right away. This helps us expedite Round 2 assignments and keep things running smoothly.
We’ve got Pro Day on Sunday, and there are a limited number of spots available for AM players. This is a low‑cost AM event with a minimal player’s pack and no trophies—it’s all about coming out, playing the pro layout, getting rated rounds in, and enjoying the outdoors. This is not a replacement for the AM Kick‑Off. If you want to give Woodsy another shot, come join us!

Hole assignments are posted, but double-check the morning of the event in case of changes. If you have questions after reading the caddie book, reach out anytime.
Can’t wait to kick off a great weekend of disc golf!
