All greens fees and the PDGA fees per player are deducted from registration fees. If you are looking for a total per player, I will need to get back to you. Vallarta-Ast greens fees alone are $1345 and we rent two city courses as well, that are a similar cost.

Yes, I'm looking for a per player breakout of these types of fees that are included in the registration. The most recent update of the PDGA competition manual requires these to be published in pre-registration materials (types and amounts). You can see the specifics in the section I linked previously.
For example the Wisconsin Spring Opener this past weekend had this as its fee breakdown:
Registration Breakdown:
$3 per player goes to greens fees
$2 per player goes to the WI Tour
$4 per player goes to PDGA
$3 per player goes to the TD
~$4 per player goes to WI sales tax
~$20 per player will go into player packs
The remainder will go into payouts for your division.
