I think we can all help move them for sure. This will be my first time playing at BL so I am pumped either way. I also think, start the tourney at 830 instead of 9? Just get there, get assignment and get going?

Moving the pins between the rounds is definitely preferred option if we end up only playing whites, especially if time is going to be tight. Any thought to something like the Spring layout (White-Blue Odds, Blue-White Evens) for round 1 instead? I don't think it plays that much longer time-wise than just white-white.
