Hey Ryan, it is a reduced rate for tournament participants. They have that many permanent sites (graveled, with fire pits) but there is going to be plenty of open space for players to put their trailers/tents.
If you will be playing in the tournament you could get the booking refunded and just add the camping option when signing up for the tourney.
If you don't plan on playing - there are a couple camp sites further away from the commotion that they would be able to move you to - but the course would be closed for play until the tournament rounds wrap up after 5:30ish on Saturday and 12:30ish on Sunday.
