The second wave of refunds were initiated this morning (3/16).
The third and final wave of refunds will be initiated as soon as the PDGA has refunded all sanctioning fees to the club. I'm told that could be processed starting Thursday or Friday, which means the ACDGC would not receive those funds until Monday (March 22) at the earliest. So, it looks like it could be an additional seven days before refunds for the the final nine players are initiated.
My apologies for the continued inconvenience. The club will soon post a full explanation on the club Facebook page, probably later this week.
