For those inquiring; both A. Diaz Yana & M. Vander Eyken won their early bird registration spots in this year's ODSA mega fundraiser raffle in support of the Ontario & Little Hyzers Tours.

That said, any TD is eligible to fill the first 33% of their event utilizing any of the outlined methods they might choose from the PDGA guidelines (see Competition Manual 1.02(2) and 1.02(3) for an explanation on unlimited and limited permitted exceptions). These would mainly focus around rewarding local club members, sponsors or volunteers. As a personal preference, we will usually only open our first 33% of registration (limited permitted exception) up to folks for a sponsorship amount that stands to benefit the remainder of the field as a whole (ie last year our early bird registration paid for everybody's lunches and helped generate some of the pro field's added cash requirement).
