They definitely can be! The HOA is supposed to hold waterings on the weekends for us. Unfortunately the weather sometimes doesn’t cooperate. Safety is a top priority. There will be markings for alternate tees, but they should be only be utilized if the grass or teepads are wet. Thanks for asking!
