For those following ... Update from Shane on reduced AM payout to $110:
The Aero Cup Update
Yesterday we sent an email to all currently registered players with a few tournament updates, and we wanted to share one of the big ones here with the community.
At the last minute, our supplier let us know the patches for the hats wouldn’t arrive in time. After talking it over, we felt we had three options:
1) Deliver the hats late
2) Find another way to add value to the player pack
3) Refund a portion of the AM entry fee
Over the past few weeks, we’ve received some honest and constructive feedback that the entry fee was holding some players back from registering. We always want to listen to the community and do what we feel is right, so we’ve decided to refund $25 back to all AM players.
Because of this change, we’re also extending registration through Thursday and updating the AM entry fee to $110.
We truly appreciate all the input, support, and transparency from everyone. Hope you all have a great rest of your weekend and we’re looking forward to an awesome Aero Cup!
