Not an official post, but for events that you signed up for here on the Scene, if you go the the Players tab, while you are logged in, there will be a Withdraw button, and you can withdraw yourself, and request a refund (if the last date to withdraw has not passed). You can also contact the TD directly by using the Contact tab.
