We are ready to go! Course is ready, players are ready, staff is ready! A little chilly, bring your hot hands. No rain in the forecast! I want to shout out and recognize Mitch Collins, from Chick-fil-A for the incredible support he gives to Disc Golf, but more importantly, he supports, materially, financially and by participation the Honoring the Sacrifice tournaments....Thank you , Mitch! I also want to recognize and thank those who assisted in setting up the Safari Course which we will be playing tomorrow: Patrick Lowe, Anthony Stout, Vern H, Rick Nelson, Ric Murry, Mary Stout.....You guys are Boss! Thank You! Tomorrow, when we play, the Ballfields will be open to retrieve your discs that errantly flew into the ballfields. There is no reason to climb over a fence to get your disc. If you climb over a fence, you risk being disqualified from the tournament. Retrieving your lost disc, you will have 3 minutes, after 3 minutes, you will be assessed a time violation by your card. If you can't get your disc out of the field, wait until your round is over to get it. The same applies if you lose a disc in the water...3 minutes to look for it, that is all. I want to thank each of you for playing in this tournament and the 2nd in the Series will be 28 March at Westside Bisc golf Course in Rocky Face, GA.
