So, the 2 meter rule IS in effect for this event per the caddie book. Heard from numerous sources that groups did not know this and didn’t play it correctly. Sure hope people self report themselves to the TD if they played it wrong. I took a penalty stroke on the last hole because my disc was 2 meters above the surface. Another person in my group was also penalized for such on another hole. Our sport cannot ever be seen as professional until we start to police ourselves and accept penalties when we play something wrong.
