Correct, per the about page - $18 from each am entry ($23 from pros, since they pay in more) will go to payouts. Each division will have a payout pool proportional to the number of players in it, and the top 30% of each division will be paid. So for instance with 13 players in MA3 currently we'll pay out top 4 and have $234 in the pool to award.
