Oh, well, don't shoot the messenger (j/k, LOL), all I did was convert what I received to PDF, and post it for easier access. I am sure we appreciate your shrewd observation, and for correcting us. I'll find a revised handbook, and replace the version I posted. Thanks for pointing it out!
