From what I am reading, Rule 813.01 Illegal Disc prohibits ribbons or carpenters chalk on discs unless snow play is called by the TD.

"D: When night or snow play has been announced by the Tournament Director, players are allowed to add a material or device to assist in finding the disc."

If there is significant enough snow on the ground, which there looks like there will be, will we be allowed to use ribbons or chalk to help prevent lost discs?
