By legal precedent technically all HOA courses that are publicly accessible are available to the public for use. Don’t be a jerk, don’t look over or jump fences, be considerate of pedestrians, and you’ll be fine.

Hi Jeff! Thank you for your interest. I will say that the HOA takes the stance that this course is private property for the community and their invited guests. “Technically” they could trespass anyone on property outside of those parameters.
That being said, it is not a gated community and is easily accessible. As Garrett mentioned, just respect the property, give pedestrians the right of way, play the mandos, and don’t park in front of anyone’s house.
