People on the waitlist will always get a full refund if they do not make it into the tournament or when they withdraw from the waitlist. Most years there are about 20 players making it in from the waitlist but it's hard to predict. People still on waitlist when the tourney starts will get a full refund that same day. Waitlist registration is always full entry fee.
