Right now we’re tracking the forecast closely, but per PDGA guidance we generally don’t make a cancellation call based only on predictions. For things like ice, the decision usually comes down to actual course conditions, which means if a cancellation or postponement were to happen, it would most likely be the day of the event once we can see how the course is really holding up.
If conditions look unsafe for footing, teepads, or general play, we won’t hesitate to make that call. Player safety comes first, even if it’s a late decision. We’ll communicate as early and clearly as we can once things firm up.
