If it get cancelled due to weather, I'm out $3.79 in non-refundable fees. Not a huge deal but still something. I'll go ahead and sign up on DGS.

I always give back 100% refund. So no you will not be out those fees. But i understand. And will be looking into doing something different for sign ups.

No other reason is, I’m short on PayPal money. Is there anyway you could just add me so it shows that I’m registered and I can just pay there?
