Mike, I know this wasn't a dig on the tournament itself. This is a fee that is mandated by the PDGA and is hard coded into the Tournament Finances page inside PDGA Tournament Manager. If it helps any, there is also sanctioning fees that I paid as well and I personally donate that fee back to the event so it is not deducted from payout.
