Thank you all for your comments. I have been on the phone with the PDGA and so far there has not been an answer for the two questions on why we have not received our sanctioning and why the Paypal account/discgolfscene is not accepting payment any longer. They had a separate meeting and said they would call back when they have more information.
From what I can gather this hasn't been an isolated issue and has had other people report for different events however on their end they still haven't had a reported solution. Zach is on a vacation currently and will hopefully be back tomorrow and might have an answer on the Paypal side.
For Sanctioning it appears we have been marked as unsanctioned but the state coordinator for tournaments is also on vacation and from what I was told they have no notes as to whether our event has been looked at to be approved or actually decided to be unsanctioned by that coordinator.
Thank you all for your patience. As I have said I am actively speaking to the PDGA and this is not being neglected. For now if you have experienced an issue registering and received the "transaction initiation failed" error please leave a comment here and what division you are trying to register and then from there along with all previous messages we will try to do our best to accommodate those who have been struggling to sign up.
