Conditions: Cold, crisp, and unusually still — a rare blessing in the Valley. Players took advantage, unleashing some impressive rounds.
????️ A Tier – Duel at the Top
Two of the Valley's most seasoned warriors, Kelly Allen and Dave Rector, matched blow for blow — both carding blistering -9 rounds.
Just behind them, Patrick Phelps and Thomas Voight came in strong at -7, refusing to let the leaders rest easy. The top of A Tier is tightening fast — one missed putt could be the difference in Week 3.
????️ B Tier – Griffin Soars
David Griffin stepped up with a commanding -6, pulling ahead of the B pack this week.
Christopher Foley posted a respectable -2, but with competition heating up, he’ll need to channel that familiar frostbitten fire to stay in the chase.
???? D Tier – Battling the Elements
As snow dusted the fairways, Wilson Jennings and Damian Delgado braved the chill to finish at +5 and +6 respectively.
A tight race is brewing in D — will Wilson keep the edge, or will Damian find his rhythm next week?
But noticeably absent from the frosty battlefield were Carrie Foley and Rheannon Fabrello, two of the fiercest competitors in the D tier. Perhaps the blizzard scared them off—or maybe they just knew the chains would bite too hard that day. Either way, their absence left a chill that not even the ace runs could warm.
Here’s hoping they return soon… before the ice claims their divisions for good.
???? What's Ahead...
Week 3 looms as temperatures drop even further and players dig deep to find their groove in the frozen wilds.
The cold may numb the hands, but the competition burns hotter than ever.
Stay frosty.
