Carl Friend How do mulligans work with a sanctioned tournament? Jan 6

Jake Wynn Jan 11 You beat me to it. I feel like it can't be sanctioned with mullies but I'm still green behind the ears in the sport.

Carl Friend Jan 11 My guess is that the mulligans are only offered in the doubles round which is the following day and unsanctioned. They just used the same flyer for both tournaments
