I sense that it is a delicate situation with the managers at Lakewood and am grateful for all the work that has gone into this.

I also suspect that many people traveling from afar made plans expecting they would be able to practice the course the in the days prior to the event. My understanding is that we can only access the course on the 19th (unless you happen to be in Bangkok Jan 12-15). That is very limited opportunity to prepare for two whole courses.

Is there any room to negotiate a small window of time on the 18th in which DGers could practice the course?
