Hi Josh, you are correct on hole 3 if the tee shot does not cross the OB line then you will need to re-tee, if it crosses inbounds and then ends up in the OB you play from where it last crossed the OB line. You are right about hole 7 I will have to add the same instructions to the caddie book.
