It’s just the lack of a waitlist doesn’t make sense. I completely understand the need to create a good experience for the people who get in, and the need to pre-order a certain amount of players-packs and food. A waitlist wouldn’t have cost you any additional money. The list is there to fill the spots of the people who might drop, in which case, you would lose money if that spot was not filled. You didn’t need to expand your overall participants, you could’ve left the total amount of players at 100, and then opened a waitlist. I have 4 friends playing, and one who’s hoping to get in on the waitlist. I hope your event goes well, and everyone involved has a great time. I also hope you consider opening a waitlist from the start for future events. Happy TDing, I know it can be both stressful and rewarding.
