Thanks for your ongoing work on the Riley Center course, Mathew. I really like the recent changes in tee and basket placements. And having a bulletin board is a nice step forward.
This is the first I've heard you speak of wood-beam tees. Is that the end goal, as instead of concrete, or just a transitional measure until funding for concrete can be secured? If wood beams are the new plan, would the whole tee be wood beams, or would they just mark/outline the teebox? If it's the latter, what would you think of adding wood chips so that the tees would still be usable in wet weather?
