Thank you (Scum) for the nomination and the membership for electing me as Secretary. I will do what I can to help promote The Schu and disc golf in our region. While I am okay with the club's new name, Delmarva Disc Dawgs, it does make more sense, as others were stating, to have a club name that clearly reflects our purpose. Names such as Delmarva Disc Golf Club (DDGC), Eastern Shore Disc Golf Club (ESDGC), Lower Shore Disc Golf Club (LSDGC) or so on clearly speaks for itself. I believe, until we have the name in writing, and the club's officers officially signs the club's name into the by-laws, we should continue to bounce around club names until we have "almost" everyone in agreement. What do you think members???
